The SP483EEN-L is a low EMI Half-duplex Transceiver that meets the specifications of RS-485 and RS-422 serial protocols up to 250kbps with enhanced ESD performance. This device is pin-to-pin compatible with SP483 device as well as popular industry standards. As with the original versions, the SP483E features BiCMOS design allowing low power operation without sacrificing performance. This is also equipped with a low power shutdown mode.
