The STM32F732ZET6 from STMicroelectronics is a STM32F732xx series high performance ARM® Cortex®-M7 microcontroller in 144 pin LQFP package. The Cortex®-M7 core features a single floating point unit (SFPU) precision which supports ARM single precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and memory protection unit (MPU) which enhances application security. The device embeds high speed memories with 512Kbyte flash, 256Kbytes of SRAM (including 64Kbytes of data TCM RAM), 16Kbytes of instruction TCM RAM (for critical real-time routines), 4Kbytes of back-up SRAM and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to 2 APB buses, 2 AHB buses, 32bit multi-AHB bus matrix and multi layer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memories access.
