The STM32L476ZET6 is an ultra low power with FPU ARM Cortex-M4, 80MHz 32bit MCU in 144 pin LQFP package with 512KB flash, LCD, USB OTG. The Cortex-M4 core features a floating point unit (FPU) single precision which supports all ARM single precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) which enhances application security. This device is embedded with several protection mechanisms for embedded flash memory and SRAM such as readout protection, write protection, proprietary code readout protection and firewall. It has 3 fast 12bit ADCs (5Msps), 2 comparators, 2 operational amplifiers, 2 DAC channels, an internal voltage reference buffer, a low power RTC, 2 general-purpose 32bit timer, two 16bit PWM timers dedicated to motor control, 7 general-purpose 16bit timers and two 16bit low power timers. The devices support 4 digital filters for external sigma delta modulators (DFSDM).
