The TC1262-3.0VDB is a 3V fixed output high accuracy CMOS low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator. Designed specifically for battery-operated systems, the device CMOS construction eliminates wasted ground current, significantly extending battery life. Total supply current is typically 80µA at full load. Key features include ultra-low noise, very low-dropout (LDO) voltage typically 350mV at full load and fast response to step changes in load. The device is stable with an output capacitor of only 1µF and has a maximum output current of 500mA.
