The TMP123AIDBVT is a SPI-compatible Temperature Sensor requiring no external components, the device is capable of measuring temperatures within 2°C of accuracy over a temperature range of -40 to +125°C. Temperature is converted to a 12-bit plus sign data word with 0.0625°C resolution. The temperature register of the device is a 16-bit, signed read-only register that stores the output of the most recent conversion.
