The TS372IDT is a low power dual CMOS Precision Voltage Comparator designed to operate with single or dual supplies. This differential comparator uses the silicon linMOS process giving them an excellent consumption-speed ratio. This device is ideally suited for low consumption applications.
● Very low supply current - 0.1mA per comparator independent of supply voltage
● Low input offset voltage
● Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
● 150mV Low output saturation voltage
● Output compatible with TTL, MOS and CMOS
● 10¹²R High input impedance
● Fast response time - 200ns for TTL level input step
