The 74HCT1G14GW is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device provides an Inverting buffer function with Schmitt-trigger action. This device is capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. The HCT device has TTL input switching levels and supply voltage range 4.5 to 5.5V. The standard output currents are half of those of the 74HCT14.
