The ADG904 series 4:1 wideband Analog Multiplexer that use a CMOS process to provide high isolation and low insertion loss to 1GHz. The ADG904 is an absorptive/matched mux with 50R terminated shunt legs, the ADG904-R is a reflective mux. This device is designed such that the isolation is high over the DC to 1GHz frequency range. The ADG904 switch one of four inputs to a common output, RFC, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1 and EN. A Logic 1 on the EN pin disables the device. The parts have on-board CMOS control logic, which eliminates the need for external control circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS and LVTTL compatible. The low power consumption of these devices makes them ideally suited for wireless applications and general-purpose high frequency switching.
