The ADR130BUJZ is a Precision Series Sub-band Gap Voltage Reference features 0.35% initial accuracy and 25ppm/°C of temperature drift. The voltage reference only requires 80µA for typical operation. The ADR130 design includes a patented temperature drift curvature correction technique that minimizes the nonlinearities in the output voltage vs. temperature characteristics. For 0.5V output, tie SET (pin 5) to VOUT (pin 4). For 1.0V output, tie SET (pin 5) to GND (pin 2). This is ideal to use in battery-powered instrumentation and portable medical equipment as well as communication infrastructure equipment applications.
