The ADS1253EG4 is an Analog-to-digital Converter (ADC) with 24-bit resolution operating from a single 5V supply. The delta-sigma architecture is used for wide dynamic range and to guarantee 24-bit of no missing codes performance. An effective resolution of 19-bit is achieved for conversion rates up to 20kHz. The precision, wide dynamic range ADC is designed for high-resolution measurement applications. The converter includes a flexible, 2-wire synchronous serial interface for isolation.
