The ADS127L01EVM is an evaluation module for ADS127L01 24bit, delta-sigma analogue to digital converter (ADC) with data rates up to 512KSPS. It offers a unique combination of excellent DC accuracy and outstanding AC performance. The high order, chopper stabilized modulator achieves very low drift with low in-band noise. The onboard decimation filter suppresses modulator and out of band signal noise. In addition to a low latency filter, the ADS127L01 provides multiple wideband filters with less than ±0.00004dB of ripple and ability to have -116db stopband attenuation prior to nyquist rate. The evaluation module provides hardware and software support for evaluation of ADS127L01 ADC. It utilizes TM4C1294NCPDT processor to communicate with ADC via SPI and provide communication with a PC over USB interface. The EVM also includes software application that runs on a PC to allow for register manipulation and data collection from the ADC.
