The ADS5400EVM is an evaluation module for ADS5400 device, a 12bit 1000MSPS ADC. The output of this evaluation module is directly compatible to TSW1200 LVDS ACD capture card, allowing for data capture and analysis of up to 64k sample points, enabling rapid device evaluation. Additionally with the supplied logic analyzer breakout board, the ADC"s LVDS output can be directly captured using either an Keysight E5405A or Tektronix P6980 touchless probe. ADS5400 will operates from both a 5V supply and 3.3V supply, while providing LVDS compatible digital outputs. The analog input buffer isolates the internal switching of the track and hold from disturbing the signal source. The simple three stage pipeline provides extremely low latency for time critical applications. Designed for the conversion of signals up to 2GHz of input frequency at 1GSPS, the ADS5400 has outstanding low noise performance and spurious free dynamic range over a large input frequency range.
