DM160213 is a BodyCom development kit designed to help engineers get up to speed quickly using this new technology. Utilizing PIC microcontrollers and Analog components, it provides everything needed to program, debug, and develop secure communication systems for a variety of applications. BodyCom technology is activated by capacitively coupling to the human body. The system then begins communicating bidirectionally between a centralized controller and one or more wireless units. It significantly increases battery life by eliminating the need for a wireless transceiver or high power inductive fields.
● Simpler implementation
● Lower power consumption
● More secure communication channel
