The GBPC5002 is a 4-pin single-phase glass passivated Bridge Rectifier Diode with integrally moulded heat-sink provided very low thermal resistance for maximum heat dissipation. The glass passivation process offers improvements to reliability at high operating temperatures, moisture resistance capability and overall durability. It has solderable terminals per MIL-STD-202, method 208 and high temperature soldering guaranteed with 260°C/10s/0.375-inch (9.5mm) lead lengths.
