The ISO7762DW from Texas Instruments is a high-speed, robust EMC, reinforced 6 channel digital isolator in 16 pin SOIC package. This isolator comes with 5000VRMS isolation ratings per UL 1577. Device provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel has a logic-input and logic-output buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. Typical applications include telecom infrastructure, grid infrastructure, factory automation and control, test and measurement, medical, healthcare and fitness.
