The ULN2074B is a NPN Bipolar Transistor Array suitable for quad Darlington switches. It is designed to interface logic to a wide variety of high current, high voltage loads. The device contains four NPN Darlington switches delivering up to 1.5A with a specified minimum breakdown of 50V and a sustaining voltage of 35V measured at 100mA. The device features isolated Darlington pin-outs and is intended for applications such as emitter follower configurations. Inputs of the ULN2074B are compatible with popular 5V logic families.
