The 824001 is a TVS Diode Array protect high-speed data lines like USB 2.0, DVI or LAN from over-voltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT) and lightning strikes (Surge) with a very small capacitance. The device is preferred component to protect power lines or low speed data lines from ESD, Electrical Fast Transients (EFT) and lightning strikes (Surge) with a very small capacitance. It exceeds the requirements outlined in IEC 61000-4-2. It is the preferred component when it comes to power supplies or slow data cables to protect from electrostatic discharge (ESD), fast transients (burst) or power surges (surge).
