The AQZ205 is a through-hole high capacity PhotoMOS Relay with extremely low ON resistance. The power PhotoMOS relay features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analogue signals without distortion. It eliminates the need for a counter electromotive protection diode in the drive circuit on the input side.
