The B58031I5105M002 is a CeraLink™ Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor for fast-switching semiconductors. High ripple current capability. Optimized for high frequencies up to several MHz. Increasing capacitance with DC bias up to operating voltage. RoHS-compatible PLZT ceramic (lead lanthanum zirconium titanate), copper inner electrodes, silver outer electrodes, silver-coated copper lead frame and epoxy resin adhesive.
