LPC4357-EVB is a high performance, low cost solution for developing DSP and MCU applications within a single architecture and development environment. Board is equipped with dual core Cortex-M4/M0 based LPC4357 MCU. The LPC4357 is an ARM Cortex-M4 based MCU for embedded applications which include an ARM Cortex-M0 coprocessor. Cortex-M4 processor combines benefits of a MCU with high performance digital signal processing features such as single cycle MAC, Single Instruction Multiple Data techniques, saturating arithmetic, and a floating point unit. Cortex-M0 coprocessor off loads many of data movement and I/O handling duties that can drain bandwidth of Cortex-M4 core. LPC4357 also includes 1MB flash memory, 136kB of data memory, two high speed USB 2.0 Host/OTG/Devices, advanced configurable peripherals such as State Configurable Timer, Serial General Purpose I/O, and SPI Flash Interface as well as ethernet, LCD, an external memory controller and multiple digital and analog peripherals.
